Just to confirm is anybody else facing the same problem of "Your transaction was NOT successful" as you pay through your SBI card?
Does it have any other solution other tham the offline mode of registration since I have only SBI Card available with me?

Visa card and Master card are must for that.
i'm sure sbi card would be a master card.
yes my SBI Card is a master card... it still isn't supporting the transaction... I tried 3 different cards and all led to the same result.
IT must be a 19 digit card. But site accepts only 16 digit card. So, ifilled offline
