Have the following queries on online application
1) Can Internet Banking, debit card be used for payment of Exam fees. I heard only credit card is allowed.
2) Is it necessay to take the print out of the form and post it to Delhi

I filed exam form online sucessfully.
1) Can Internet Banking, debit card be used for payment of Exam fees. I heard only credit card is allowed.
You can pay exam fees only through following modes:
a) Net Banking of notified banks
b) Credit Card (Visa or Master), of any bank.
2) Is it necessay to take the print out of the form and post it to Delhi

Yes, it is necessary to take printout, authenticate it from your employer and send it to at following address by speed post.

| Please have Acrobat Reader installed in your computer, keep valid Master/Visa Credit Card/Debit Card OR Net banking details (Participating Banks: Allahabad Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Rajasthan, Corporation Bank, Deutsche Bank, Dhanalaxmi Bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank Retail, ICICI Bank, Karnataka Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, South Indian Bank, Vijaya Bank and Yes Bank) and Laser Printer ready before starting to fill up the online application form. | |||||||||||||||||
| Step 1: | Create Your Account: for every upcoming exam by clicking at the link "If you are a new user, please click here" (The users who had created login account for any previous exams will have to re-create the account) and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: NRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.) | ||||||||||||||||
| Double check your email-id: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile only. | |||||||||||||||||

Login and Pay Fee Online: Login here with the username and password you receive in your email ID/mobile as provided in Step 1 above. Fill up the Online Application form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online. (For general instructions and guidance on how to fill the form, please refer to the "Guidance Notes" given above at the home page) In case you are using a Debit Card, ensure that it is either Master or Visa Debit Card. Late Fee of Rs 500/- (USD 11) is applicable if the payment is submitted online after 26th August, 2010 and the last date with late fee is 3rd September, 2010. |

| Step 4: | Affix Photograph & Signature: Paste your Photograph (if not uploaded), Sign the form using Black/Blue Ink Pen (even if you have uploaded the image of your signature) and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/Parents, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above. | ||||||||||||||||

1. i have filed my friends online form for the nov'10 exam. the .pdf format form saved does not contain any barcode no. / control no. does it make any difficulty???
2. i am facing problem regarding login in the icaiexam, my reg. no. does not match with my DOB as required by ICAI. while all my correspondence suggest the same DOB and reg no. as i am entering for the purpose of online filing of the form. plz help me out soon
Ya, there might be some problem. You should contact ICAI
can i pay through PNB Debit Card?
I didn't find the option. in Debit card there is only one bank that is INdian overseas bank. what about others?
whether overseas students can apply online exam application.I have faced a problem during registration.Actually phone number more than 10 digits not accepting.Plz reply.

No, upload of signature & photo is not necessary, its optional.
Debit cards are not acceptable.
Yes, overseas students can also fill online application form. But problem of phone no. exists if it is more than 10 no's. You may leave the phone no. colum.

Debit cards are acceptable. One of my friends filled with debit card. Just chk the list of banks whose cards will be accepted from the site.

ya it is not given separately but they are accepted. Go to the credit card option. If only one bank is mentioned then you can't use debit card of other banks.
Please tell me where do i get the form.
