In online exam form, what information is to be filled for the given field "ELIGIBLITY CERTIFICATE DETAILS" as ICAI do not provide any details ?

Is any other documents required to be annexed / attached with ICAI Online Exam Form while submitting it to the ICAI ?
Since I have completed my articles, so i attached the articles completion letter (A certitied true copy)
It means that I do not have to submit any documents ( except Certificate Of Service ) such as:
- CA PE-II / PCC / IPCC marksheets
- Final Registration Letter
- Any other documents
You need to send the following along with the print out of your on-line application form, with photo, signature and attestation as required.
- Certificate of service ( applicable to Final candidates only)
- ITT/CCT certificate ( applicable to PCE candidate only)

Certificate of service is a part of the application, so in my opinion, if your articles are not complete, you need not attach anything, just fill the relevant particulars on Pg 3 or 4. But in case your articles are completed, you need to attach certified true copy of the completion letter
No, you DO NOT HAVE to submit anything other than the application and the Certified true copy of completion letter (if applicable)
