Further you should contact the icai BOS section............

IF YOUR ARTICLES OVER THEN YOU CAN GET SIGN FROM ANY CA MEMBER (COP), IF STILL YOUR ARTICLES GOING THEN NEED TO GET SIGN FROM PRINCIPLE..
