I have completed my articleship please let me know whose signature is to be taken on examination form?Can signature of gazetted officer is valid?

I think no you should sign your form from a CA ............

Further you should contact the icai BOS section............

IF YOUR ARTICLES OVER THEN YOU CAN GET SIGN FROM ANY CA MEMBER (COP), IF STILL YOUR ARTICLES GOING THEN NEED TO GET SIGN FROM PRINCIPLE..
