31 July 2021I have an late interest payment in TDS for F.Y. 2010-11., but in online shows Online correction on TRACES is not enabled for the requested statement. Kindly file correction through NSDL and the subsequent correction can be filed on TRACES. So how should I tagged my interest challan without online correction in traces. Plz suggest.

Hello,
You First have to file Manual Correction Statement by modifying deductees of original TDS Return. (Make changes in Original Conso File of TDS return, which were usually saved during the era of TIN- NSDL for tds filing )
After 3-4 days of manual filing, the statement for respective quarter and year shall appear on TRACES.
Then the Online Correction shall be enabled. You can add Challan and pay interest

But everything is correct in data. there is only late payment. so whether I have to file as it was after download conso file and manually submit, then it will be enable for add challan in portal. Yes or no?

Yes file manual first (even without any changes). then only it will be available online for correction on Traces.
Challan cannot be added manually. Challan addition is allowed only on online correction mode

Thank you for your reply but there are also a problem in manually correction. When I generated fvu file in correction mode there was an error file that Last Deductor Type is Mandatory. So how it will be solved, I have tried many time but all time same error. please suggest. for your reference I sent you a attach file

If You Are using RPU utility to Generate FVU File, Use the Latest version of RPU and select the deductor type in permanent information options
If on Compu office or like software, Go to Permanent information, under Deductor Details , Select Deductor Type from Drop Down List
