Like in the west, in Kolkata tutors are offering online classes for CA/ CS.
It is suerly a good amount of savings with regard to time rather than attending class room tutions and in the west it is quite a hit. I want to know it is a good alternative option??? Please advise
The live interaction between the student and the faculty must be there, otherwise the student wont understand many concepts.
The faculty sometimes on observing the student reactions and moods in the class room he will repeat once or twice till he get positive nod from the students
Many people in rural areas cant avail this benifit because of streaming or buffering problem.

Sorry it is purely my opinion as i have been taking classes for CA/CWA for last 2 years.
Agree with raj. But think they have solved many problem of student. Before starting Setlite classes many student go to New delhi mostly in Laxami nagar to take coaching . But Now not even 10% student are going there to take Coaching. Because online classes provide coaching at student home city with Respected Faculty .

to this facility provided by EtenEducomp/ Its really being saving of time, money, efforts due to this.In the absense of this i wud not be able to take coaching from the best faculty like Parveen Sharma and Sanjay Aggarwal. There is no problem of interaction with teachers bcoz there is a system of Smart Assessment system called SAS like Ychat so that we can ask query on each n every problem n get our query solved easily. Imagine students waiting for their registration in live batches from those faculties having capacity of only around 600 students whereas in online classes system students can take the same residing at their home city that saves a lot of study time of a CA student.
So i wud advise students to take coaching at Eten if they cudnt get live batches or in case of students of outside Delhi..
The question is the same - does it help to meet personally , or chat up over phone? Question is, what are your physical limitations? Personal interaction is surely better than any technology-assisted conversation, but how many persons/friends can you meet personally? And imagine how many persons are you today keeping in your touch using net/phone/sms?
The same is true for online classes. I have started online classes at www.vinodkothari.com/tutorials and I know many students staying at variety of locations would not even be able to take our classes otherwise. Technology confers several benefits that classroom classes do not give
