How can I file Online Application for Form 13 for Lower deduction of TDS ? I have submitted paper form but IT department is asking for Online form for Lower deuction.

Online process has not started in all cities, so check with your ITO jurisdiction.
Online application u/s 197 for lower or nil TDS as specified by Bengaluru jurisdiction is attached herewith.
Is there any online system has been started over in Mumbai?
If no then what the process I have to do?
Though not sure about recent upgradation, but only manual filling till date.
How we can know as to in which jurisdiction efiling of From 13 has been started?

“Application for certificates for deduction of tax at lower rates.”
(1) An application by a person for a certificate under sub-section (1) of section 197 shall be made in Form No. 13 electronically,
(i) under digital signature; or
(ii) through electronic verification code.
(2) The Principal Director General of Income-tax (Systems) or the Director General of Income-tax (Systems), as the case may be, shall specify procedures, formats and standards for ensuring secure capture and transmission of data and uploading of documents. The Principal Director General of Income-tax (Systems) or the Director General of Income-tax (Systems) shall also be responsible for evolving and implementing appropriate security, archival and retrieval policies in relation to the furnishing of Form No.13.’

plz let us know when the site BLRTDS.IN website will be opened since we are unable to file online form 13 for nil rate of tax
I submitted online Form 13 on 19th December 2022 and accepted. Asking some documents on 22 December 2022 which submitted and clarified. Presently the status says with ITO- AO. How long the process will take
