i think our government cannot do so .

because the burden of tax shifting towards rich person is not show euality.

poor people not having any enrgy to grow or to go forward therefore they want concession.

i think distribute the slab rate as per the distances made by poor & rich persons income in this case 

all burdon is not shifted towards rich only.

No ,i think india doesn have courage to do like this

India does not have the political will to do so.  But the DTC is a probable step forward in this direction i guess??
