One person Company- Building Depreciation

I have an OPC(One person Company) and we run our business from a building which is under the name of the director.
Can we claim depreciation on the building as OPC?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a One Person Company (OPC) can claim depreciation on a business building owned by its director. The consensus suggests that direct depreciation claims may not be possible. An alternative suggested is for the director to charge rent to the OPC for the use of the premises.

As per me No depreciation can be claimed

alternative you may charged rent for the same
