Yes... The MOA and AOA Docs must be Signed by CA...
not only by CA....it can be signed by CS
it is mandatory that memorandum and articles shall be signed

The professional charges depends on the CA or CS. Ranges between 10000 to 20000 k
yeah...i mean if u are drafting it....the its depends....if not drafted....i.e given promoter to just sign it...then might be a nominal fee
