How to transfer shares in one person company.

Is their any extra complaince compare to private company.

You need to adher to compliance pretaining to Private Placement as notified under the provisions of Companies Act 2013. Such transfer would be applicable only if you have to convert OPC into Pvt Ltd or Public Ltd company otherwise you can't transfer the shares in OPC at all.

Hai Nitin,

There is only one procedure to transfer the shares of member in OPC

1. Part shares cannot be transfered, Only complete shares should transfer.

2. Form INC-4 shall file with ROC mentioning as cessation of member

3. Board resolution, SH-4 are as same as private company.
