How I recover my user name & password in GST at a time???

I try but that's not possible recover user name & password at a time
1st get user id
When I get user I'd then GST portal me password but I omit my password
In cae, u can take personal help .message in PM
click on forget username then same will be sent to you on your mail id once u get user id,click on forget password an otp will be sent to your mail enter it and create new password
When I get user I'd then GST portal ask me password but I omit my password
then forget password
When I forget password GST portal ask me User Name
But I omit my username & password
