Old scheme vs new scheme

I was the student of ipcc and my last attempt was may 2014 but as usaul i was unsuccessful.

But now many times i feel and think  to resume my studies.

and now i checked the syllubus there i came to about the new scheme.

i want to know if i am going for exam,

i have to register for the new scheme or not????

should i go for it or not???

pls help my dear freinds
