Accidental Switch to New Regime using Form 10-IEA

460 views 1 replies

What to do if someone accidentally files Form 10-IEA again for AY 2025-26 (for AY 2024–25 it was already submitted Form 10-IEA to opt out of the new tax regime), can it ever be reversed within the same Assessment Year?

Not possible. Must file ITR in New regime (for ever or till business exists .... )
