I am appearing for CS executives in old portion. I have received a new Module for company law an a booklet what shud i do with it ? and in that module there is a mixed portion of both new act and the old act what is it for ? shud i continue studing from my old notes or will have to prepare a new one from this new module ? or is it so that for rest of the subjects we have old portion and only for company law we have this new one ? and if it is so i have received a booklet which is for other subjects so plzz clear my confusion nd tell me where shud i study from for all the rest subjects and the company law??

I think rest of the subjects read in old portion..i.e old syllabus. For company law alone, new companies act is applicable rite..i dont knw whether some of new sections or whole new comp act is applicable. So i can say read law old portion plus amendment part i.e only those new comp act portion applicable for dec'14 exam.
But some of my proffesors are telling those new modules are just for refrence

Tel me, for dec'14 exam how many new sections of company's act 2013 applicable? Read only those, rest from old act.
I also got the same booklet : new company law book and a light booklet though i have already cleared 2nd module .
i have question that those who have passed 2nd module are required to give company law exam again because of new company law ?
