Yes... You (client) can take ITC on or before 30th September 19 (as annual return FY 18-19).
now government have said that you can claim till annual return by a notification
Yes... You (client) can take ITC on or before 30th September 19 (as annual return FY 18-19).
yes till annual return filling or 1year from the date of invoice whichever is earlier
