Offline utility error asking for invoice number

Dear Sir,

I am applying for refund and filling the excel sheet using offline utlity.

need help. i have enter all outward supplies invoice number but when we click validate and calculate, it shows error "please enter invoice sr.no"

kindly assist how to resolve it.

It is saying for sr no showing in ist coloum

Do not understand it invoice sr. No
