I have a doubt regarding the appointment & holding of office by the Company Secretary.
Can a CS be a full time employee of two public ltd. co.s? if not wat are the provisons relation to holding of office of a CS.
Can a full time CS OF 1 CO. provide provide part time services to oher co.? Also wat arethe restrictions with regard to holding of office n powers of CS.

A company secretary appointed in a company as whole time employee and Form-32 of such CS is filed with ROC. As per my knowledge a person can not be appoint as CS in more than one company. Yes, the can handle group companies along with the company in which he is director but can not appoint in such company.
