As per Companies Act, we all know that MD cannot be appointed as MD not more than 2 Companies.
My question is in which section of Companies Act 2013, they have mentioned as stated above.

Sec 203 i guess
Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 Sates that a person can be appointed Managing Director in other company ( Not more than one) provided the consent of all the directors had taken.
