I am an NRI who has to efile ITRs to get refunds of TDS on my deposits. Under forms for AY 2015-16, am I required to provide information on my bank accounts outside India ?

No, It's required for resident individuals. You need not mentioned your foreign accounts in ITR forms.
Note: It's assumed that you are not in india for more than 182 days in last year 2014-15.
