NRI to Resident tds rate?
if payment is made in installments and in previous year assessee is NRI and in next PY status becomes resident than what would be tds rate on installments in PY and for next PY

Being the same transaction, you need to continue the same TDS rate, unless he obtains lower deduction of tax certificate from ITO.
