26 August 2019Do I become NRI if I lived less than 182 days in India in FY 19-20. I will leave abroad on a dependent spouse visa and before end of FY 19-20 will become a freelancer abroad?
Does it nulify the 365 day rule of residency in India?

If you satisfy second condition of resident, 60 days or more in this year and 365 days or more in earlier 4 years, you will be considered as RESIDENT.
