If NRI have salary from abroad and NRE fixed deposit in India whether he need to file return

If gross total income exceeds Rs. 250000, then he should file return of income.

if abroad salary rcvd in india then it vl taxable in india and intrst accrued on nre is exempt i think so......if gti crossess 2.5l then return has to filed
