NRI INCOME FROM SHARES IN INDIA

A PERSON LIVING IN SINGAPORE OVER 5 YEARS AS EMPLOYMENT VISA, BUT HE DOING SHARES IN INDIA  ALSO.

CAN I DISCLOSE HIS INDIAN INCOME SUCH AS INTEREST , DIVIDEND, FD INTEREST, AND SHARE PROFIT/LOSS ONLY HIS INCOME AND FILE RETURN SIR?
