NRI house property
NRI is to sell house property in chennai. Owner is a lady.She is not having Aadhar. But she is having pan and passport.Is that enough for me to buy the property?

Get TDS deduction certificate from the seller, which she has to obtain from her jurisdiction ITO.
Meanwhile purchaser has to obtain TAN number, if s/he doesn't have.
