From Nov 1st you can file GSTR 1 for the month of July 17

How can customer claim ITC, if we failed to upload GSTR1 of july? Most customers are worried about their ITC claimed on our invoces

I don't know exact solution. Reply based on rules and also tweet by the CBEC...
