Our company is operating from a different address than the registered company address. So whether we will have to mention both operational address and regsitered address on the letterhead?

Also, the company seal should have the registered address or the administrative address?

Yes rubber stamp can be affixed over the Letter Head.

I have a pvt ltd company, say, "ABC infotech pvt ltd".  The company owns a website and Trade mark in a different name, say, "XYZ Technologies". The company has letterheads in TM name and operates all business under TM name. To comply with the above provisions, can we do something like

XYZ Technologies
(a unit of ABC infotech pvt ltd, CIN: xxx)

if there is a hotel on what all documents does it needs to put cin number according to section 12 3(c) of the companies act 2013.?

Is it mandatory to mention CIN on Tally Vouchers also? (will the tally vouchers be covered under offical publicaitons?). Please clarify.
