For Nov 2017 attempt , which Finance Act is applicable? 2016 or 2017 ? Because this time,Fin Act 2017 has received assent of President 6 months before the exam.

budget 2016 is applicable. even though finance act 2017 has received assent of president, questions won't be fired in nov itself.
