In my Point of View it is easy Paper. I am not able to attemp Simplex Problem Properly Otherwise my paper is good.....

After Reading ur comment i saw some question tough like

Q3(a):-  i) In this question if company apply ABC costing then Company incured loss of Rs. (120000-105000)=15000. So not better for company to implement ABC

ii) in second part if Rs.90000 dep amount then after implementation of ABC company's profit (105000+90000-120000)= 75000. If Company Implement ABC then it is helpful to findout correct profit of different product and take approprate action to remove variance... Like that

Q3(b):- Some Printing mistake... because it clearly shown Product A Require for Product B... Ans of the all other part is... If A Product Full capacity and easly sell in the market then Transfer Price is Variable Cost + Oppoutrnity Cost forgone from that unit otherwise set transfer price between Variable cost and Sale price in the market.

Q6(a) :- PERT question is also very easy. just draw network... and Total Floot of crifical path is 0. so from network is shown 6-7 and 8-9 Total floot is also 0.. Total Days 36 required...

Q4(b). Correct ans is 514 hai.. because 513 per Loss hai of Rs. 1170 and 514 per Profit 230. and after that only profit no loss..

Q5(a):- Quickcomp and Fastcomp is also very easy... Contribution from Quick is 13000 and from Fastercomp is 15000... so if fastercomp software launch today then profit increase by Rs.2000 (15000-13000)

Q2(a) and Q2(b) variance and Assignment is very easy question

Q4(b):- Budget question just like 10 marks free of cost..

Agreed on Q4(b)... and yeah budget was free ka question, which was really required for passing.

But this Q5(a): Don't you think Quickcomp's manual, training etc cost was not to be considered? I mean, they say they have 5000 overstocking (which will get wasted if not used) so its like a sunk cost like development and other admin exp? Just guessing, i know i didn;t do it right... Just curious! :-)

Also where did you get profit of 105000??? or contribution what ever it is...? 20000 units X 45 or 60 will be the profit i guess

45 and 60 are per unit profit! incase you have taken 45+60=105 as profit...

3(a):- Yes 45+60=105.. because here Fixed cost also relevent.... you are find out account profit not relevant cost ect...

and in question 5(a). Rs.1000 maybe Sunk cost but decision will not effect. because 2000-1000=1000 firbe profit hoga

dude... regarding Q3(a)
what am saying is that profit is given per unit and that too which are inter-changable (means you can produce P or Q or atmost combination of both). So either your profit will be 20000X45 or 20000X60 but not 105000
(105000 profit will come when you sell 1000 units of P and Q both)

this can be tackeled by assuming that the room and bus rent can be operated at partiall capacity as there is no specification abt fixed or variable...

the wording used are can be accomodated not "must be accomodated"...
