weather entire notification /circullar given in RTP ca final for NOV 11 exam is required to study for this NOV 11 exams
or only ammendment made through notification & circullar before february 2011 (ie: before finance act 2011.)is relevant 4 this exam ?????
i mean to say that suppose
a Notification 28/2011 is given dated 1-3-2011 or 24-04-2011 therefore Is it relevant for NOV 11 exams as it is issued under FIANACE ACT 2011.
