Notice u/s 245 issued

AY 2018-19  - rectification was filed and additional Refund with additional interest granted

Section 245 notice is given to deduct Tax demand of AY 2016-17.

AY 2016-17 - Rectification  is put three times.  A TDS is carried over from AY 2015-16 and Brought forward in AY 2016-17.  143(1) repeatedly says Tax credit mismatch. The corresponding income  also is taken into account. .

1) Whether to pay tax as demanded and then keep on fighting         OR

2) Or deny the demand in efile - response to tax demand - which has not appeared so far.
