Notice u/s 148(A)
I have received a notice u/s 148(A) in March 2022 for the A.Y. 2018-19 (F.Y. 2017-18). I have replied in response of this notice with in the time frame mentioned in the notice but till date there is no any action taken by the Jurisdiction officer. Can the Officer issue a fresh Notice for Same again for the such A.Y. under this section or not. If Yes, then What about the previous notice because it is laps as the mentioned in Sec 148(A). Please Reply.

Sec 148 A in mar 2022. It is replied in response to the notice . Please upload the copy of the notice u/sec 148A.
If officer satisfied with your response then there won't be any further communication. If not then you will get notice u/s 148 to file ITR within 30 days
