Dear All,

I have sent Notice of AGM on 26/06/2013 for holding AGM on 27/08/2013. Now the Company have an another issue to be resolved in AGM which we came to know after notice date i.e. 26/06/2013.

Now the question is whether the Company can issue further notice of AGM after earlier mentioned date.

If yes, then Notice for all the matters will be given including new matter or only new matter will be provided in notice.

Kindly reply, its urgent.

Dear Preeti,

YOuo can send revise notice by including all the items. If you have missed the 21 clear days criteria , than by taking the consent of all the shareholders you can conduct the AGM at a shorter notice.

Hi Priti,

according 2 me, u dnt need 2 send a revised notice for AGM..u can circulate the new matter (and not the whole notice) to all the members and atleast before 7 days of the AGM give, give a newspaper advertisement for the same...

By doing this, u wnt have 2 go for shorter notice prob....
