I have received the Notice under section 143(1). As per my return my Tax Payable was 6177 and the Tax deducted was 7200 as per my 26 AS and TDS Certificate. but as per the notice it is said only TDS is 2400 additional tax to be paid what I have to do please let me know.

Since you are saying that TDS claimed by you in ITR was a sper 26AS only and also 16A/16 at the time of filing ITR it is strange that at the time of assessment TDS granted by CPC is less. Normally it cannot be. Only it can happen if the deductor has filed a revised quarterly TDS return / correction statement later on.
For a better understanding I would request you to scan the 143(1) intimation received from CPC alongwith a copy of 26AS in this forum or to my email ID given in my profile.
