My mother received a notice from IT department regarding non filing of IT return.
Please find the notice in attachment.
She have aggricultural income of Rs.7L pa. and Interest income of Rs. 2,70,000 pa for the FY 2014-2015.
End of the tax calculations, she has no tax liability to pay.
My question is:
What is the time limit to file IT for AY 2015-2016, in response to the notice we received?
Should we file ITRs subsequeant years? i.e. for AY 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 and so on..? if there is no increment in income?
