Can anybody confirm me that if somebody have deduct excess tds and file the return according to same then department if giving any notice for excess deduction like in case of short they are given?.........

IT department will not give any notice for excess deduction of TDS & deposited the same. the party whose tds so deducted can claim refund from IT department .or it can be adjusted in his tax liability.
