The trust is not registered under income tax act but want to fole return for f.y. 2021-22 (ay 2022-23
but the due date of registration was lapsed for ay 2022-23
now applied for provisional reg under sec 12 A for AY 2023-24
what to do for filling itr7??
No registration in F,Y 21-22 , then Non applicability of section 12A in F.Y 21-22 , and trust will be assess as AOP ( association of person) and tax accordingly , also trust will not get any tax benefits even though it has applied more than 85% of its receipts . You have to file ITR5 for the F.Y 21-22 A,Y 22-23 .
