Not receiving gst email otp

Hello, we have a problem in recieving GST OTP in emails and mobile OTP is working fine. for testing i have useed my gmail account and that is working fine. So  the problem is only with offcial email account.

Can someone help to resolve this issue.  I have raised multiple tickets with GST support , but they are not able to help.

The mail is not reaching our mail server as we already verfied this by analyzing the server logs.

I am facing the same issue.

This is not a big issue at all. You should check your mobile number first. If it is ok then check the internet connection or your server. It happens mainly due to an error. So, if the problem is not resolved then simply contact Gmail Error 007 team who will solve the issue quickly. 

In my laptop, I also facing this type error one day I read this post that's name is how to recover icloud password and after that, I fix my all problem and error so you try this post and fix your error and bugs.

Hi, There can be many reasons for this.  Especially, most of the email service providers are known to have strong Spam filters that may be filtering emails sent from GST server.  Also, if the GSTN is using the third party server then it is possible the third party blocking your email.  You may ask your website designer or can use the mxtoolbox.com.to check the status.

I am facing the same issue. have send multiple otp for login but not able receiving any otp.

 Niether on my phone no. not on my email ID.  

We are currently experiencing difficulties accessing the GST Portal with our login ID and password. After three unsuccessful attempts, our account was blocked, and we were prompted to use the ‘Forgot Password’ option. However, despite following this process, we have not received the OTP on either our email or mobile phone.

This issue is affecting our ability to file GSTR 3B, and we require your urgent assistance to resolve it. We first encountered this problem today at 1:36 PM.
