i have selected Eligible for 704 in form 233 as YES but i am not liable for 704 as my turnover in this year not crossed 1cr. return periodicity is Quarterly and this my second return (because registered in August 2014) . whther i have to revise the return??? pls advice... thanks in advance.

Yes u have to revise the return.
But remmember that u can revised ur VAT return only one time. So check any other mistake u have done in original return.
