Hi,
I have started studying for IPCC group 2 and very soon I have struck with a big problem in my mind. I am confused regarding the syllabus in Advanced accounts to be specific Company a/c's that too Amalgamation. When seen on institute site it shows following line
"Advanced problems for business acquisition, Amalgamation and reconstruction (excluding problems of amalgamation of inter-company holding)"
But the coaching class taught us inter company holding problems atleast 5-6 of them and no problem on reconstruction. Please help me out guys....
I would be Very thankful to you if u can get me out of this
