I'm facing same problem. Unable to download Form 16A.
I had called to the IT dept then he was saying this problem has created from our side and we will resolve this error as soon as possible.

While uploading correction file ... insert original RRR number in previous RRR also. means both should be same.
@ Saj allu, Sir you even don't know to file ITR as charge for same was asked from me and now you are replying on TDS filing.
