Not able to request Form16B on traces

All - once we submit 26qb,  we need to wait for 4 to 5 days to get it reflected in traces

Hello Friends

I am getting status as failed after requesting for form 16B in traces website. Please suggest what to do. Also why is it required as after filing 26QB, it automatically reflects in sellers 26AS right ? 

It typically takes about 5-6 days to settle, after which you can download Form 16B.  

Strange to see such a response to this question when people were asking him to log in and download it—like, come on, he must have already tried that!
