Firstly it should be received in India then taxable, when remitted to India then not taxable.
@ Thank you Soo much Shivam Bhatia sir......

The income was received in Indian account, but it was earned out of India,

& secondly he is NRI so only income earned or accrued in India will be taxable in India;

Thus the referred income is not taxable in India, even if credited to Indian bank account.

For Example, if one NRI receives income from it's services to Indian people's means taxable or non taxable??

Yes. taxable, because accrued in India.
