Hello Sir, I am a tax consultant and gave service to one of my client from past two years. Past 10 months they have not paid professional fees to us. Service is completed and Invoice has raised for the same with several reminders.
Is there any legal proceedure that I can follow to get the payment from client? Did I have the right to keep the clients files and documents with us untill client release the payment?
