Hello ! Pls guide me on the issue as mentioned here.

what i have to do if i have'nt submitted any service return for last 5 years infact the company not doing any business

for last 4 years. So it is mandatory to file the return while the one year of business of the company was also not impressive. Pls let me know about the filing of the service tax during the zero business for last 4 years.
