Hello ! Pls guide me on the issue as mentioned here.
what i have to do if i have'nt submitted any service return for last 5 years infact the company not doing any business
for last 4 years. So it is mandatory to file the return while the one year of business of the company was also not impressive. Pls let me know about the filing of the service tax during the zero business for last 4 years.

If you taken the Service Tax Registration any Taxable or Exempt you should filed the said return otherwise the department raised the Penalty i.e. Rs. 20.000.00 ( Rupees Twenty Thousand per return maximum Penalty )
