HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SALARIED PERSON DON'T HAVE A ANY OTHER INCOME LIKE S.B. INTEREST FDR INTEREST . IN THAT CASE WHAT HE IS ENABLE TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURN , AS PER NEW RULES OF NON FILLING RETURN OF BELOW 5 LAKH SALARY INCOME

According to me it is not compulsory for the person to maintain FDR , and about Bank interest Bank will give the interest only if the condition fulfilled by the person, so in that case he should comply with the new rules.
what do you mean by condition full fill by person , which condition be route on saving bank interest.
