Non filling of income tax return by the private company

For AY 15-16 the due date of filing returns is 30th sept extended to 31st oct if liable for tax audit.

For Ay 14-15 you have to file belated return u/s 139 (4) (last date to make return is 31.3.2016 i.e within 1 year from the end of relevant AY), make sure everything is correct because revised return provision is not there for return filed u/s 139(4)

For ay 13-14 you can only file return in response to notice u/s 142(1) or 148 no other mechanism stipulated in act.

Thanku Karthik... i filled the income tax return and tax audit report for the a.y.14-15 and 15-16.

But did not follow any procedure for filling of ITR and 3CD for the a.y. 13-14.

On the income tax website depatment shows that return has not been received.

I want to file the ITR and 3cd.

Please help me i attached the window which was shown at the website.
