non filing of return
sir my client has not filled the GSTR 4 return from January to march 2018 whether it is possible to file the return.

You can file with will late fee for delay in filing of return and interest on delay in payment of tax.
late fee will be reflected in subsequent month GSTR-4.

but it is not open to fill the sales amount how it is possible to file
