Non appointment of woman director by unlisted public company

Dear Professionals,

I have query regarding appointment of woman Director on the Board by Unlisted public companies (mandatorily appoint woman director on the Board on or before 31.03.2015)

1. If a Unlisted Public company does not appoint woman director as per the provisions of 149(1) of the Act what are the remedies available can they seek any extension with CLB /RD

2. If not what are the consquences to be faced by the company
