Suppose A Ltd. is to be incorporated as WOS of B ltd. The Subscribers of A ltd are as follow:
1. B Ltd.
2. M (Nominee of B ltd.)
3. N (Nominee of B ltd.)
4. O (Nominee of B ltd.)
5. P (Nominee of B ltd.)
6. Q (Nominee of B ltd.)
7. R (Nominee of B ltd.)
All the subscribers except 'O' are the employees of B ltd. 'O' is not related to B ltd. in any way.
My query is whether 'O' can act as nominee of B ltd. as neither he is the employee of the company nor director?

Yes 'O' can act as nominee of B ltd. As law is silent about the fact that he should be employee or Director of the company nominating him.

Yes Ankur sir view is correct .................. law is silent on that aspect....and JV/wos are order of the day now....
